Ninjutsu (Secrecy and Skill Techniques)
	Ninjutsu techniques are the secrecy and skill techniques of a ninja. Ninjutsu techniques normally require hand seals of some form.
Ikadzuchi no Kiba - Lightning Bolt Fang

Ninpou: Ikadzuchi no Kiba is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. Drawing together his dual short swords, electrical energy will begin to crackle. A plume of of an electrified chakra-like essence will rise into the clouds above to activate the lightning to come crashing down on Raiga's target.

Raisou (Lightning Burial): Ikadzuchi no Utage is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. Drawing together his dual short swords, electrical energy will begin to crackle. He will then implant his swords into the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack each target individually.
Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou - Inuzuka Style Rare Beast Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf

Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka Clan. This unique Konbi Henge is used by the clan member and their familiar, transforming them into a large mystical double headed-wolf. In this form the clan members can utilize the Garouga taijutsu technique.
Inyu Shometsu - Secret Healing Injury Destruction

Inyu Shometsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kabuto. Focusing his chakra to an area to be hit, he can begin the cell creation process the moment the area becomes injured. This ability to activate his cells and create new ones is the very reason why Orochimaru favored Kabuto's talents.
Ishibari - Stone Needles

Hijutsu • Ishibari is a Ninjutsu technique used by Aoba. To subdue his opponent, Aoba will hurl special kunai tied with string which will penetrate into the skin of his opponent. Chakra will then run from his body into his opponent to paralyze them. This allows him to then interrogate the opponent or set up the target for a comrade's attack. Because the wire allows for the movement of chakra, it can be used by a skilled chakra absorption ninja to draw out Aoba's chakra against his will to weaken him.
Itsukaku Hakuegei - One Horned White Whale

Hyouton • Itsukaku Hakuegei is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, a gigantic horned white whale made of ice will rise from the surrounding snow to come thundering down on an opponent, crushing them and the surrounding area under its large mass. Note that the manga establishes Hyouton as a bloodline limit ability unique to Haku's family. This means this technique conflicts with established canon concerning who can do Ice Element techniques.
Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu - Rock Clone Technique

Doton • Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes rock to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state. Because the only Iwa Bunshin seen was not made in Akatsuchi's image, it is unclear if the clone has his mind or the mind of the person copied.
Iwagakure no Jutsu - Rock Hiding Technique

Doton • Iwagakure is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Earth Element. This jutsu allows the user to change their appearance by blending and merging with the surrounding rock. This allows the ninja to move unseen, which assists in attack and escape.
Iwa Nadare - Stone Avalanche

Ninpou: Iwa Nadare is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. Forming handseals and running up a cliff face, Raiga can cause stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below.
Iwa Yado Kuzushi - Stone Lodging Destruction

Doton • Iwa Yado Kuzushi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside.
Jagei Jubaku - Snake Authority Spell
	Character Use: Orochimaru, Uchiha Sasuke Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack, Supplementary
Jagei Jubaku is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Orochimaru and Sasuke. Using Orochimaru's snake abilities, the two men can extend large snakes from their sleeves, which will coil around the target and bind them. The further addition or the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve. With the removal of Orochimaru from Sasuke, this ability may be gone.
Ja no Kuchi - Serpent Mouth

Suiton • Ja no Kuchi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Fuuka will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow her target. After activation, she can create further serpents if needed. Fuuka may also use this jutsu in conjunction with Doton • Doro Houshi. The water of Ja no Kuchi will increase the momentum of the earth of Doro Houshi to create a more powerful mud slide.
Jibaku Bunshin - Self-Destructing Clone Technique

Jibaku Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique used by Akatsuki member Deidara. High in skill, Deidara can create the one unique bunshin without the use of his hands. The clay bunshin can ingest some of Deidara's explosive clay and focus its chakra to that internal spot in its body. The chakra will activate the clay causing the bunshin to blow up in a violent explosion. The bunshin and explosion can also act as a decoy, allowing Deidara to escape from enemy detection.

Raiton • Jibashiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Lightning Element. After soaking her opponent with a Suiton, Fuuka will unleash an electric current which will run along the ground towards her opponent.
Jigyakkou no Jutsu - Time Regression Technique
	Character Use: ANBU Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Special Note: Anime Only
Jigyakkou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the ANBU to pull out forgotten memories. After forming the needed hand seals, the ANBU will put the target into a trance. After counting back to the day they wish to learn about, they will ask the target to remember incidents they have since forgotten. This allows the ANBU to gather intel that would other be inaccessible.
Jiongu - Earth Grudge Fear
	Character Use: Kakuzu Rank: - Note: Secret Technique Range: - Type: Supplementary
Jiongu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Waterfall missing-nin Kakuzu. After being shunned for his failure in an assassination mission, Kakuzu turned his anger against his village leaders, by stealing the village's most prized secret Kinjutsu. Jiongu created dark tendril masses within Kakuzu and allows him to steal the hearts of others, to extend his life and take the original owners elemental chakra affinity. The hearts of four other slain shinobi are housed within these tendrils, granting him their elemental affinities. Each elemental spirit takes the form of a mask, black tendril mass and heart. Each elemental spirit can be controlled by Kakuzu either when within his body or outside. For outside the mask will burst the stitches on his back and then emerge to fight alongside him. Along with a Wind, Fire, Earth and Lightning elemental, is more than likely Kakuzu's own Water affinity. This grants him access to all five powerful elemental styles. These elementals can be killed if countered by a powerful enough opposing elemental attack which the element is weak against. Jiongu Thread: These dark tendrils allowed Kakuzu to to stitch his body together and extend his limbs if needed. He can also extend the tendrils and use them to sew together the body parts of his comrades. Kakuzu used this thread to sew on Hidan's head after it was cut off. Note that Hidan lived due to own his secret technique Shijihyouketsu, not due to any unique properties of Kakuzu's thread. Kakuzu also used the thread to reattach Deidara's arm after it was removed by Hatake Kakashi.
Jishaku Ninpou - Magnetic Ninja Arts

Jishaku Ninpou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Janin ninja Jiga. From an early age Jiga ingested iron and over time he developed the ability to magnetize this internal iron. This grants him the ability to magnetize other iron outside of his body. He can also manipulate common shinobi weapons, the mace he wields and satetsu (iron sand). He turns this ability on and off by slapping his stomach. He has to make sure and stagger his attacks, to allow him a moment to brush off any accumulated satetsu. If he remains in the "on" position for too long, the satetsu will cover his body, smothering him. Denji Genmu - Electromagnetic Visions: After magnetizing his body, Jiga will draw in satetsu which he will disperse over his target. An electric current will pass between the particles, affecting the target's brain function. Because the brain uses low voltage impulses, the impulses will be disrupted causing their mind to short circuit. They will be temporarily stunned, allowing Jiga to attack with his other weapons. Mugen Inseki - Infinite Meteorites: After magnetizing a spot of iron behind his target, Jiga will break nearby rock and ore with his mace. This ore will be thrown into the air and be drawn to the magnetized spot. If needed, he can strike more times to launch further waves of attacks.
Jouro Senbon - Sprinkling Needles

Jouro Senbon is a Ninjutsu technique that is utilized by Rain ninjas. After hurling their umbrellas into the air, they will unleash a torrent of needles. Using their chakra they can guide these needles towards their opponent.
Jubaku Eisou - Tree Restraint Eternal Burial
	Character Use: Yamato Rank: Unknown Note: Special Bloodline Technique Range: - Type: Attack Special Note: Anime Only
Mokuton • Jubaku Eisou is a unique Ninjutsu technique used by Yamato. First Yamato may blanket the area in water using his Hahonryuu jutsu. This will help hold his target in place. Next he will form hand seals to create vines of woods to grow from the ground an entangle his target. These vines will continue to grow into a large tree, further restricting the enemy's movements and preventing their escape. Finally the growth of the gigantic tree will be enough to permanently crush and entomb their body.
Jubaku no Jutsu - Tree Restraints Technique
	Character Use: Yamato Rank: - Note: Special Bloodline Technique Range: - Type: Defense, Supplementary
Mokuton • Jubaku no Jutsu is a unique Ninjutsu technique used by Yamato. Using his ability to utilize Mokuton (wood release) techniques, Yamato will form handseals and cause beams of wood to emerge from the ground. These beams will wrap around his target to bind them.
Juha: Reppushou - Beast Wave: Gale Wind Palm
	Character Use: Sora Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack Special Note: Anime Only
Juha: Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sora. Using his Wind nature, Sora will create a powerful burst of charka in shape of a claw from his right hand which can strike out against his enemy. Should the claw lose cohesiveness, the Wind chakra will explode in a concussive blast.
Juha: Shou - Beast Wave: Palm
	Character Use: Sora Rank: Unknown Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Attack Special Note: Anime Only
Juha: Shou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sora. Using his Wind nature, Sora will create a blades of wind which he can launch towards his opponent. Sora can control the path of the blades and because they are made of Wind chakra, they can easily cut through Kage Bunshin.
Jujutsu • Shijihyouketsu - Sorcery • Death Controller Possessing Blood

Jujutsu • Shijihyouketsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Akatsuki member Hidan. This Kinjutsu was the creation of the Jashin religion, an evil god cult of which Hidan is a member. As long as Hidan kills, his body will not die. This jutsu allows Hidan to inflict whatever damage his body takes onto his opponent. Hidan will first form a Jashin symbol on the ground. Hidan will next draw blood from his opponent; the usage of his ranged scythe will help in this step. He will then consume the blood of his opponent to begin the ceremony. With the blood consumed his body will darken and form a skeletal deaths head outline on his body. Then by placing himself within the circle of the symbol, any damage he takes while within it will also be felt by the opponent whose blood he consumed. Hidan will use a pike to cause self-inflicted damage which transfers to his opponent. If he steps out of the circle, the connection ends and his opponent can damage him with no ill effects on themselves. Note that this technique does not appear to be tied to Hidan's general ability to not die. Keeping with his strict religious nature, if Hidan wins his battle he will finish out the technique with a thirty minute long prayer ceremony by laying on the symbol with the pike through his chest. With this process his body will lose its skeletal outline and it will regain its natural appearance.
Jukai Koutan - Birth of Dense Woodland
	Character Use: First Hokage, Yamato Rank: - Note: Special Bloodline Technique Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Attack, Defense, Supplementary Note: Yamato's version of this jutsu uses kai "海" meaning sea where as Shodai uses kai "界" meaning world.
Mokuton Hijutsu ~ Jukai Koutan is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the First Hokage and his gene recipient Yamato which uses the Wood Element. After doing the needed hand seals, a dense growth of forest and branches grows from the ground to entangle his target.
Juujin Bunshin - Beast-Man Clone
	Character Use: Akamaru, Inuzuka Kiba Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary
Juujin Bunshin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Inuzuka clan. First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform themself into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.
